At Metal’s we specialize in the production of semi-finished products and complex assemblies made of stainless steel for medium and large companies operating in various sectors, from catering to packaging.
Most of our processes are automated and thanks to our machines, which work 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, we can guarantee speed, precision and the least possible waste. After the first processing phases, we move on to the finishing, including assembling, which is one of the last stages of our industrial process.

The department where assemblies and semi-finished products are assembled extends over an area of 5,000 square meters and right here the following processes are carried out:

• calendering
• tack welding
• assembling of parts and finishes
• general aesthetic and dimensional checks

The assembling department is structured in such a way as to provide you with products at an advanced stage of processing, ready for final use.

Our production process

Starting from your project, we develop, manufacture and assemble complete stainless steel systems, machines and devices made of stainless steel. Thanks to our deep knowledge of raw materials we know how to implement your specifications in several manufacturing processes. We manage the entire logistics flow and elaborate complex projects at a centralized level.

We offer a targeted consultancy service, we can support you starting from the design stage and we ourselves manage all the purchase and assembly phases of various types of material. We manufacture semi-finished products and complex assemblies such as professional dishwashers for large kitchens, oven doors, extractor hoods, professional ovens used in catering and in professional coffee and ice-cream making. As well as machines for meat processing: for example, we manufacture shredding machines, slicers, meat grinders, bone saws, homogenizers, solid and liquid separators.
